Description: This is using Pinot Noir from Balnarring and produces a textural and savoury Pinot Noir with techniques including whole bunch pressed, destemmed, barrel fermentation and extended skin maceration. It has aromas of dried wildflowers, spice, mulberry and macerated cherries and tases of tart red fruits and a flinty freshness. Made by brothers, Peter and Alex McLean.
