We think our name says it all; Peninsula Beverage Co– a company ethos built on drinks that are made right here on the Peninsula. But we know the name can be a bit of a mouthful too… you can call us PBCo (PEE BEE CO) for short!

We might be the new kids on the block with a wordy name and love for beer, wine, spirits and oozy cheese but we also stand for a few other things.

We love authentic, small batch, local, family-run businesses who produce unique products made from quality ingredients. And so we’ve pulled together a shop full of unique items, not just because they are great quality and frankly delicious but also because we love supporting these kinds of businesses who are having a crack and delighting our tastebuds at the same time.

And while our store does feature a few exceptions of products not made locally, we are doing our best to ensure they are independently owned, delicious and offer something different that we don’t already stock.

We are so lucky to live on the Mornington Peninsula, a place that is rich in fertile soil, blessed with beautiful scenery and unique micro-climates creating many opportunities for growing high quality produce. So it really is no surprise that we have access to so much that is grown and made right here on the Peninsula.

And the area isn’t just known for its fresh food but its drinks too. The MP is a premiere wine region, a quickly expanding craft brewery scene and a booming craft spirits scene. These key items combined with locally sourced mineral water, sparkling sodas, coffee beans and soda syrups also made locally have created a shop with so many products that we have run out of shelving space!
