Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Currently our online bottle shop is offering postage, local area delivery and a click and collect service. Simply place your order online and choose your preferred option at the checkout.

Do you offer bulk deliveries (i.e. for businesses or events)?

Yes, we can in some circumstances. Please email info@peninsulabeverageco.com with your request and be sure to include the number of guests, any preferences and a budget, so we can better put together some options for you.

Which currency is the online bottle shop pricing in?

All pricing of our online bottle shop is in AUD and is “as is”.

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on how soon you get in touch with us to cancel, we may be able to try to accommodate your request. Although we always try our best, we cannot make any guarantees.

What if there is a fault with my order?

Due to the delicate nature of our products, there can be occasions where there is a fault. If there is something wrong with the bottle, please ensure there is at least three quarters of the product left and email us on info@peninsulabeverageco.com with as much detail as possible. We can then advise on the best course of action.
Please note: Depending on the winemaking style, certain wines can have characteristics of reduction, oxidation, volatility or Brettanomyces. If you’re unsure of a winemakers style and have a sensitivity to any of these characteristics, please feel free to get in touch and we’ll help you to find a product you’ll enjoy drinking!

Can I order something that isn’t on the website?

If it’s possible, then we will make it happen. Please get in touch with our online bottle shop team directly via info@peninsulabeverageco.com and we will look into it. On some occasions there may be minimum order requirements, but this will be outlined for you at the time of enquiry.

Do you offer a monthly subscription?

Yes! We offer both beer and wine subscriptions on a monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly basis. Please head to our subscriptions page to find out more about this product.

Bottleshop & Bar FAQs

What are the food options available at Peninsula Beverage Co?

Although we don’t have a kitchen, we offer a selection of local cheeses, charcuterie & other tasty bar snacks. If you’re wanting something more substantial, we welcome you to BYO food from any of the amazing local restaurants nearby.

Do your opening times for bottle shop and bar differ?

Peninsula Beverage Co. operates different hours in Mornington and Red Hill. These hours change seasonally and checking the store pages, google business profile or social media pages is recommended before visiting however we are governed by a number of liquor licencing requirements:
Mornington Bar: alcohol can be served from midday onwards.
Mornington Bottle shop: Open times are adjusted seasonally but all takeaway sales must be made prior to 9pm on any night.
Red Hill Bar: alcohol can be served from 10am onwards.
Red Hill Bottle shop: Open times are adjusted seasonally but all takeaway sales must be made prior to 11pm on any night.

Can I buy something from the bottle shop and drink it in the bar?

Absolutely! You are more than welcome to choose anything from our bottle shop and enjoy it in the bar. We just require a small corkage fee of $15 per wine or $3 per beer or cider or $5 for pre-mix drinks.

Is Peninsula Beverage Co. pet friendly?

We wish! Although we love furry friends, we serve food in our venue and therefore are unable to accommodate pets inside however we do have pet refreshments and space outside.

Do you have outdoor seating?

Yes we provide a small number of seats outside for customers at both our Mornington and Red Hill store.

Do you have a function space or can I hire the venue for an event?

While we operate on a walk ins basis, we do take large group bookings. We have a number of package options available to accommodate you so please get in contact with us to discuss via info@peninsulabeverageco.com. Please note: our maximum capacity for both venues is 35 patrons.

Is Peninsula Beverage Co. suitable for families?

All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. Please also be mindful of your children’s whereabouts in the store. We have created a safe, comfortable and relaxed environment and we’ll leave it up to you to decide to bring the kids with you or enjoy a date night!
